In the construction of our villas, French and Turkish architects, civil engineers, and interior designers were involved. This team combined the authentic stone texture of Southern France and Alaçatı, prioritizing aesthetics and durability in the construction of our villas.
Young talents in the team infused the project with dynamic ideas and innovative approaches, while experienced architects and engineers contributed their years of knowledge and expertise. This collaboration resulted in villas that are meticulously designed, superior in both aesthetic and technical aspects. Our villas are firmly anchored to the rocky ground, ensuring maximum earthquake resistance and insulation. The solid foundation, created by weeks of breaking and arranging stones, is one of the most durable grounds in the region.
Villa Sunset is a concept consisting of four separate houses. These houses, each with different room sizes, are offered to our guests with options of 2, 6, and 7 rooms. All houses are equipped with air conditioning, bathrooms, and other details that provide a comfortable stay in both summer and winter.
The most important feature of our concept is the unique location that offers the opportunity to watch the sunset over Chios Island.
